Warranty Information

  Only available to customers who have purchased the product from an authorized dealer and have a warranty issued by our company.

The following warranties apply:

  

  1. Product warranty period :

We guarantee the quality of our products for one year from the date of purchase. If the product is damaged during normal use within this period, we will repair it or provide replacement parts.

  1. Regarding initial defects:

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect within 15 days of purchase, we will repair or replace it free of charge, but only for unused products.

  1. Damage caused by customer:

Any damage caused by carelessness or misuse on the part of the customer will be repaired for a fee. We will provide you with a separate estimate for the repair cost.



What is not included in the warranty

  1. Problems caused by improper use
  2. Defects or damage due to improper storage
  3. Natural aging and damage caused by UV rays
  4. Defects, discoloration, and scratches that are not directly related to quality
  5. Failure caused by product modification not performed by our company
  6. Other cases that are deemed outside the scope of the warranty by our company.

Please note that in these cases, we will carry out regular repairs at a reasonable price. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.


*If you do not have a warranty issued by our company, parallel imports, items purchased from auction/flea market sites, and second-hand items will not be covered by the warranty regardless of whether they are used or unused, and we will not be able to repair them or supply parts for a fee.



If warranty support is required

  1. Advance notice :

If you find a defect or damage, please contact the store where you purchased the product. At that time, please also send us the details of the usage at the time of discovery of the defect/damage, as well as photos.

  1. Product delivery :

Please send the product as instructed after contacting us in advance. Please refrain from returning the product without contacting us in advance.

  1. Provide required information :

When returning an item, please mark the product so that we can identify the defective/damaged part.
