If the payment deadline passes, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Please pay your monthly usage amount through Paidy by the 10th of the following month at a convenience store or by bank transfer.

Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective.

We will ship within 7 days of receiving your delivery request.

During summer holidays, New Year's holidays, etc., we may not be able to ship within 7 days.
