Ooni Pizza Door for Karu16

This is a pizza oven half door exclusively for the Ooni Karu16.

You can bake pizza more efficiently without having to open and close the door every time you cook.

Designed for easy large volume cooking, this pizza door is recommended to be used with the Ooni Karu 16 Gas Burner, which is the recommended fuel for long cooking times (over 1 hour).

You can cook with the door open on a regular Karu16, but this will cause the pot to cool down more quickly.

The gas burner maintains strong convection even when the door is half open, making it recommended for long-term use such as parties.
