The difference between Koda12 and 16 is the size and the range of the fire. While Koda12 fires in a straight line at the back of the oven, Koda16 fires in an L-shape from the back of the oven to the side, so pizzas cook with less rotation.
The heat control dial also allows you to adjust the temperature to the perfect level for cooking grilled fish, vegetables, or steaks.
